More about the market

Boerevintage Gift Market is passionate about job creation and the growth of the South African Economy. The main focus of the market is to give small entrepreneurs a platform to sell their South African/ African made products to the local community and holidaymakers during the December Holiday season. The market is held annually in the beautiful town of George and is regarded as the biggest and best gift market in the Garden Route.

Since the market’s inception in 2015, it has grown from a small market with only 50 stalls to a huge Gift market of more than 150 stalls with exhibitors from all over South Africa. It started off with one exhibition hall and now it occupies a tented area of approximately 1250 square metres to accommodate all its exhibitors and visitors. Last year the market was supported by nearly 9000 visitors.
